More about me: I teach middle grades Spanish and theatre at Stone Scholastic Academy, in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. After completing my BA in Theatre from Indiana University, Bloomington, I lived abroad in Spain where I taught adult English language learners. I have also taught middle grades language arts and completed a Masters of Art in Teaching in Foreign Language Instruction in 2008 at National-Louis University, Chicago, IL. I have directed several middle school musicals and plays in Indiana and Chicago, and am inspired by flow theory and exploring innovative ways of using technology to encourage and foster creativity in my students. I completed a Masters in Educational Technology from Michigan State University in 2012.
